Shipping & Returns


We provide free USPS shipping on all suppressors with some gear and accessories having a flat rate shipping cost which is noted at checkout.  We also provide upgraded UPS shipping on Suppressors for a small fee annotated at checkout. Guns ship at a flat rate of $15 unless stated otherwise. Guns and SBR’s ship mostly UPS. On most of our items, we ship within 48 business hours unless it’s a NFA Item that requires prior approval from the ATF. In that case, we normally ship 48 hours after approval. All of our items are shipped USPS or UPS. Note: During peak times like holidays, shipping times can be slightly longer. 

All Suppressor and Gun shipments are shipped with a required signature. Any Accessory order over $500 will ship with a required signature.
Once a shipment has been successfully delivered to the recipient’s address, we are no longer responsible for the shipment. We can not control what happens in your mailbox or front door. It’s your responsibility to secure your package once delivered. 
Note: We will provide a tracking on all orders. It is the recipient’s responsibility to provide a valid email, and to check their spam since sometimes our emails get sent there. It is also the recipient’s responsibility to safely secure shipments from us once delivered.
Note: On occasions, we ship accessories with Suppressors or Guns to the customer’s dealer. We will have the accessories in a bag taped up with the customer’s name on the bag. It is the customer’s responsibility to secure this package from the dealer. If there is an issue, we will need to know within 3 days of receiving it.
Once a transfer is initiated, we cannot provide returns on Suppressors or Guns. If there are issues with the product itself, we will assist you in getting the problem resolved through the manufacturer.
If a transfer has not been initiated, we will provide a refund minus a 5% processing fee within 7 days after purchase. 
On accessories, we provide a return (minus shipping cost and 5% restocking fee) 3 business days upon receipt of delivery as long as the product is unopened or unused. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs accrued in shipping the item back to us. 
Note: Exchanges are not subject to the restocking fee unless we owe you a balance. 
Refunds are processed upon receipt of the return and inspection. 
Refunds on deposits and/or backorders are subject to a 10% processing fee. As long as the item is not special ordered specifically for a customer, we will provide a refund minus the 10% processing fee. If an item is special ordered, then the refund is subject to a full forfeiture of the initial deposit. 
Note: Deposits are $300 or 20% of the total cost whichever is higher.
