1. Firearm and Suppressor Purchase

When you purchase a firearm from eSilencers.com, it is important to complete the necessary transfer process in a timely manner. If you fail to complete the transfer within one year from the date of purchase, the purchase amount will become non-refundable and the product purchased will become our inventory again. This policy is in place to ensure efficient inventory management and to provide equal opportunities for other customers.

2. Deposit Policy

If you choose to place a deposit on a firearm or suppressor, it is understood that the deposit secures the item for you. However, the deposit will be considered non-refundable if the transfer process is not initiated within one year from the deposit date. This helps us manage our inventory and provide a smooth experience for all customers.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes arise, preventing you from completing the transfer within the specified timeframe. While our policy states that the purchase amount or deposit becomes non-refundable and product is lost. However, exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis if you maintain a close and consistent communication with us within the 1 year period. Example would be military personel serving overseas. Staying in touch with eSilencers.com demonstrates your commitment and will help us evaluate your situation for a possible extension or refund.

4. Keeping in Touch

To be considered for an exception, we expect you to maintain open lines of communication with eSilencers.com throughout the one-year period. This can include periodic updates on your transfer progress or any issues you might be facing. Regular communication will enable us to assess your situation and work together to find a suitable solution.

5. Restocking Fees

If you cancel any order before your card company settles with our Gateway, Authorize.net(typically 12-24 hours), then we can simply void the order with no fees applied.

If you cancel after the order has settled, then the cancellation will be charged a 3-5% restocking fee depending on the card you use.

Any order that is cancelled after 30 days will be charged a 10% restocking fee.

Any order that is cancelled after 60 days will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

After that, a 5% restocking fee will be compounded monthly, and after 1 year, the product will NOT be shipped, and you will lose 100% of your payment.

It is imperative that you keep in close contact with us if there is any issue like overseas for duty or work. Close contact monthly in situations like this is the ONLY way you will not be subject to 100% forfeiture of product and payment.
