Want to make an SBR, or your own suppressor, but confused about the process?

In order to make a Class 3 item, you must do everything you do when purchasing an NFA item except you submit a Form 1 instead of a Form 4.

You will need the following:

1. Form 1 paperwork
2. (2) FD-258 fingerprint cards
3. (1) 2X2 photo if filing with a trust, or (2) 2X2 photos if filing as an individual
4. Copy of your trust if you’re filing with one.
