For Tennessee residents, we are absolutely your one-stop-shop for purchasing suppressors. From Memphis to Bristol, we've got you covered.
We can now handle the whole process remotely without you ever stepping foot inside our shop! Plus, we can have everything done for you in less than an hour! Below is our process in 4 easy steps!
1. Purchase the Suppressor on our secure website, or over the phone with us.
You will need to purchase the TN Tax Stamp option with your suppressor, which includes us mailing your paperwork to the ATF via priority mail with tracking. Note: You can opt out of this option, and mail your own paperwork, but we recommend that you choose the Tax Stamp option. You will also need to choose whether you want to file as an individual or gun trust. If you decide to go with a trust, we can set you up with one through guntrustguru.com for $129 and have it ready to go in less than 24 hours!
2. Your Form 4 paperwork done using the popular barcode system, which means fewer chances for errors and faster approvals.
You then have the option to either drive to our shop to provide us with your info and sign the paperwork, or we can obtain your info by email and then email your completed Form 4 paperwork for you to digitally sign. Whether you come into our shop or handle the process remotely, we can have your Form 4 paperwork completed and ready to go in less than 20 minutes!
Note: Have multiple Responsible Persons on a trust that need to sign too? We will send their questionnaire to them separately for them to sign by email too!
3. Have your Fingerprints done ONE time and never have to do them again.
You have two options for your fingerprints and passport photo.
- You can come to our shop ONE time, and have your fingerprints and photo done on our state of the art super simple Live Scan Machine (takes about 15 minutes).
- Or we can mail you one fingerprint card, and you can go anywhere that you want (including doing your own prints), and complete that fingerprint card. Once you’re finished, you will mail that one fingerprint card back to us, which we then scan and archive on our FBI approved scanner.
Note: Once we have your one completed fingerprint card on file, you will never have to do your fingerprints again and you can purchase as many NFA items as you like without having to do this extra step!
As far as the passport photo, it gets even easier! All you have to do is take a quick picture of yourself from shoulder up using your smart phone. Email your picture to info@esilencers.com and you’re done! We will handle it from there!
4. Once your Suppressor is approved, you can either come pick it up at our shop, or we can mail your Suppressor straight to your house!
- Once we receive your approved paperwork from the ATF, we will contact you and you can come to our shop and pick it up.
- We can also mail your suppressor straight to your house without you leaving your home! We will transfer your suppressor to you by mail by doing a waiver. Note: This process takes an additional 9-10 days to complete and will cost you an extra $20 in shipping costs.
